Our email system works off your Ufinity Database and works automatically. Your customers will receive emails, personalized to them, with timely and relevant loyalty coupons that are redeemable at your restaurant. In addition, you have the option to send blast emails to your customers, personalized with your name, logo and specific offers for a very low, per email cost. • Loyalty Certificates – every email includes a printable Loyalty Certificate. Every certificate has a unique Promo Code – Expiration Date and is customized. Members simply click on the Loyalty Certificate link in the email – print it out – and bring it in on their next visit to redeem.
  
  The Ufinity Rewards system tracks every redemption and provides us with a detailed reporting on who redeemed, what geographic areas the redemptions are coming from, what days and time they are being redeemed, etc. We will use this information to help you with your marketing efforts

Auto-Pilot Referral Program – every email comes with a “Refer a Friend, Earn Rewards” option. This is the easiest way possible to get new customer referrals. Your member simply clicks on the link – enters a friends First Name and Email Address – and an invitation is automatically send to their friend. When that friend comes in and joins your loyalty program – the referring member automatically gets Bonus Points.

Monthly Member eStatements – Gives your members a monthly update of their current points balance, total points needed to earn a reward and points remaining to earn a reward.
