The vast majority of gift and loyalty card programs are just cards and points. They do not sell exclusively to independent restaurants. They are not a coalition program. They don’t provide database management, marketing reports, a customer referral program, an automated email program, and an automated direct mail option, providing ongoing communication with members and tracking.
