We have plenty of documentation there. But what I want to do here is explain why Ufinity Gift Cards are unique and the best marketing value out there.
The Ufinity Gift Card is a key component of our program and funds the cost of all your promotions and programs. This is our coalition card that we sell on your behalf on our website, at fairs, to corporations, as fundraisers, any place we can to drive more business to your location. This is also the card that donates between 10% and 30% of the sale price to local schools, charities and other non-profits in your community. When the card is redeemed at your location, or another location within the coalition, we pay you between 40% and 55% of the face value, depending on your agreement.
We send you new business and pay you for doing so. We never ask you to donate a product or service to cover the program costs, we sell the card, donate some of the proceeds and then pay you, hopefully enough to cover your direct costs of the product or service, maybe more. Plus you got a new customer in the door. Out of pocket cost? ZERO! Risk? ZERO!
As you can probably see, under certain senerios, we don’t make a ton of money off the card, which is just fine with us. It does go with our mission to help the community, help locally owned business, and give back to our neighborhoods. It also provides the method to mass promote all independents within our membership. The Ufinity Card opens the door for us to run contests, do radio station giveaways, direct mail pieces with a preset value on the cards, etc, etc. All ways we can act like a large chain, but driving sales to locally owned or independent restaurants and businesses like yours.
