Ufinity Rewards is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never rent, sell, or distribute by any means, any information about our members. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all personal information, data, email address, birthdates, etc. Email addresses collected are for the sole purpose of supplying you with a monthly electronic newsletter from and about our members and to keep you informed regarding specials, special events, coupons, and to supply you with statements regarding your balance in our rewards program. Ufinity Rewards is a joint program between consumers and member independent restaurants. All information collected belongs to both the restaurant that you signed up under and Ufinity Rewards. The information gathered will never be shared with any other member restaurant within our program. If you signed up directly through our website, and did not designate a favorite restaurant, all information will be the sole property of Ufinity Rewards, and will not be shared with any restaurant. The restaurant you signed up under is also under contractual agreement not to contact you for any purpose without going through Ufinity Rewards. You may, from time to time, receive direct mail from other members of Ufinity Rewards inviting you to their restaurant. Any and all such mails must go through Ufinity Rewards and at no time will they receive or have access to your personal information. We do not have any control over general advertising and mailings that any business may engage in from time to time using mailing lists or information received from another source. Any changes to our Privacy Statement will be posted on our website and a notice will be given on our monthly newsletter.

Ufinity Rewards takes security and your privacy very seriously. We only use PCI compliant companies with the highest level of security to handle our information and transactions. We take every possible precaution to make sure none of our customer’s information is ever compromised.

Personal Information

All personal information is protected by triple-des encryption protocol, commonly referred to as SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for all transmission of private information. Ufinity Rewards uses only trusted companies to handle our information. All credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.net, a leading processor of online credit card payments. Ufinity Rewards is a PCI Security Standards compliant company.

User Authentication

Ufinity Rewards authenticates users of our Ufinity Marketplace through the use of usernames and passwords. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. When done so, it is a secure means to make sure that only you have access to your Marketplace Account and discounts.
