Your Ufinity Card may be used at any Ufinity Member Restaurant, or any combination of participating Ufinity Member Restaurants.
Your card may be used any day of the week at any time of day. You will receive one Ufinity Rewards point for each dollar spent on food and/or beverages. Points will not be earned on tax or tip. You will not receive points on purchase made with either an Ufinity Gift Card or the $5 gift card rewards that you will earn as a member. You cannot earn points on points.
When you have accumulated a minimum of 100 points, your points will be converted to $5 in Ufinity Gift Card value and loaded automatically on your card. You will begin to earn points on your very first purchase. Every 100 points adds another $5 in value, equivalent to an ongoing 5% discount!
Participating Ufinity member restaurants will accept your Ufinity Rewards card each and every time you come in. They cannot exclude certain days or times unless the entire restaurant is reserved for a private function. If it is open to the public, they must accept the card. Individual member restaurants reserve the right to exclude certain specials, alcoholic beverages or entrée’s from earning points. They also reserve the right to not give out points for any purchase made with Ufinity Reward Loyalty Certificates that have a discount value of more than $9.99. The member restaurant is not required to tell you what is or isn’t excluded unless you tell them, in advance, that you are an Ufinity Rewards member, in which case they must, in good faith, disclose any items that you order that are excluded. Neither Ufinity Rewards, nor the individual restaurant assumes any liability in the event a restaurant or server fails to disclose that points may or may not be earned on any purchase.
You may check your balance at any time by visiting www.ufinityrewards.com/checkbalance and entering in your card number, or by calling 1-877-803-7457. Phone inquires may not be answered for up to 48 hours. If you have a leftover dollar balance after you use your card, you may use your remaining balance on your next visit. You will not be given cash for your balance. Your gratuity should be based upon the full value of your meal.
Report lost or stolen cards immediately by calling 1-877-803-7457. Neither Ufinity nor the issuing restaurant(s) is/are responsible for lost or stolen cards; however every effort will be made to replace them. Unused points or gift dollars may expire in accordance with state laws.
If you register as a member of Ufinity Rewards, you agree that it is your responsibility to keep your member information up to date, complete and accurate. Ufinity Rewards does not represent, warrant or guarantee that any particular member restaurant will accept your Ufinity Card as payment for food and beverage. A current list of member restaurants is available through our search feature on this site. Member restaurants may be added or withdrawn from this program at any time.
Any errors made in the calculation of points earned must be addressed with the member restaurant who issued the points at the time of purchase. Ufinity Rewards assumes no liability in the event that a member restaurant makes an error in the calculation of points. In the event that the issue cannot be resolved with the member restaurant, you are welcome to contact us with the issue and we will make every effort to remedy the error to your satisfaction. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make adjustments to your account at any time due to abusive, fraudulent activity or other reason that Ufinity Rewards deems appropriate. You acknowledge that any such determination by Ufinity Rewards will be final and binding.

Participating restaurants and merchants are responsible for all aspects of the products or services in which they sell. Ufinity Rewards is not a party to the transactions entered into between you and the participating member. Although the information provided to you on this site is believed to be true and reliable, Ufinity Rewards does not warrant that the program, information or services provided by Ufinity Rewards will meet your expectation or fit any particular purpose. You agree that participation in the Ufinity Rewards program is at your sole risk and that the program is provided to you without warranties of any kind, expressed, implied or otherwise.

The trademarks, logos and services marks displayed on the Ufinity Rewards site are the property of Ufinity Rewards and other parties. You are prohibited from using any such trademarks, logos, or service marks for any purpose without the written permission of Ufinity Rewards or such third party which owns the rights to the trademark, logo or service mark. All information and content on the Ufinity Rewards Site is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on the Ufinity Rewards Site for any commercial purposes.
