The Ufinity Card

The Ufinity card is the centerpiece of our entire Ufinity Rewards program. It is a coalition card that is usable at all member restaurants. It is a rewards card and a gift card. Let’s look at its many features:

  • By using one card that can be used as both a gift card AND a loyalty card. You don’t have to pay for two cards and your customers don’t have to keep track of two cards.

    Plus… you can market your Ufinity gift cards as the “gift card that keeps on giving”. When someone receives an Ufinity gift card from your business it can be easily converted to an Ufinity Rewards Card as well. Then, they can earn points and rewards long after the balance on the card is gone. They then become Ufinity Rewards members in your database to be marketed to, on your behalf, indefinitely.

  • The Ufinity Card Earns points at all member restaurants. Customers earn 1 point for each dollar spent. When they reach 100 points, we load $5 on their card as gift card dollars to be redeemed at any member location. (see note below on our Unique Points Pooling Program)

  • By using one card at all member locations, Ufinity has the ability to market all member restaurants at the same time. Ufinity can sell gift cards, run fundraising programs, corporate sales programs, radio advertising promotions, do community events, fairs, expos, etc; all on the behalf and for the benefit of all our members.

  • By using one card, we can purchase tens of thousands at a time, reducing the cost of the cards for our members.

  • By using one card, under one branded name, Ufinity will be able to create excitement and synergy around our brand and in return, send more paying customers to all our members, the local independent restaurants.

  • By running a coalition program vs. individual loyalty programs, we can reduce the entire operating expenses of running the program.

  • By using one card, we can run our Ufinity Marketplace site and rebate purchases in Ufinity Gift Card Dollars, thereby bringing in more customers to your restaurant.

  • By using one card we can, in effect, market and promote like a “chain” of unique independent restaurants, pooling our efforts to fight back against the Chain Restaurants that so dominate the restaurant landscape. We will gain the exposure and purchasing clout that no individual restaurant could ever obtain on its own.

Our Unique Points Pooling System:

Using our unique points pooling system, Ufinity will monitor the issuing and redeeming of points on all member accounts. In the event that a restaurant is getting close to redeeming more points than they are issuing, Ufinity will work closely with the restaurant to correct the imbalance. Ufinity will be making one ACH debit/credit every 6 months to correct any variances of more than $250 in any members’ account. The amount debited will be based on a ratio of points issued, points redeemed at restaurants with positive balances and the amount that needs to be credited (if any) at our member units with negative balances. Our goal is to never have to make any adjustments at any time. This will save our members considerable cost and inconvenience of having points money withdrawn and credited on a monthly basis like most coalition programs.
