The Ufinity Database

To make Ufinity Rewards as simple as possible, we’ve packaged everything into one program with one fee. There isn’t a confusing tiered pricing structure and very few add on expenses.

Here’s what is included with the Database component of the program:

• A Fully-Managed Member Database – Unlimited Members and Unlimited Access. You can print, download, sort, activate or suspend members and much more.
• Online Marketing Manager – Your 24 Hour Marketing Information Center. You’ll be able to:
  
  • View your own Marketing Dashboard with easy-to-read graphs and key performance statistics from your loyalty program.
  • Get Real-Time marketing reports showing new customers, inactive customers, spend, frequency, demographics and redemption rates.
  • Access your member database
  • View gift card activity reports (Coming Soon)
  • Keep track of your marketing with a personal marketing calendar
  • Design, Print and Mail postcards from an online Direct Mail Center (coming in early 2009)

Member Enrollment Webpage – Allows you to go online, at your convenience, to enter new member enrollments. There is an option for us to do this for you as well.

The customers you sign up are yours, not ours. Their information will never be shared with other restaurants within the Ufinity Program, nor will we ever use their information for anything other than to promote to them on your behalf. Our whole focus is on you, the independent operator.
