The Ufinity Merchant Marketplace was conceived and formed as a way for the Independent Restaurant members of Ufinity to save money on products they use every day. We don’t just offer a discount on services like many other companies, or require you to purchase from certain companies in order to be a member and receive a discount. We allow every member to negotiate and come up with the best price they can from each and every vender. Then, Ufinity will apply a portion of the commission they earned by referring you to the company against your monthly Ufinity program fee. By using this method of promotion, we develop a win-win situation for all concerned. The companies get new customers; you get to negotiate your best price for services you need, from the companies you like and save money; and we generate additional revenue to be used for advertising, promotion and program improvements. You could have our entire Marketing System for FREE, or better yet, we may even pay you to belong. There is no limit to how much you could save or receive back in credits or rebates.

How our Program Works!

Just go to the Ufinity Merchant Marketplace website and click on any of the products and services that have contracted with Ufinity. Next to their name, we list the amount, in percentage terms, that Ufinity will credit you back against your monthly program fee. There is no limit to how much you can have credited against your account. Below are some samples of how this could impact both your bottom line and cost of the entire Ufinity Marketing System.

• Get a cash advance through Ufinity Financial. Negotiate your best terms and then we’ll credit your Ufinity Account 2% of the amount advanced. No limit. We also will pay 1% back on all renewal advances.

• Sign up for our Ubate, Food Rebate program. We will credit you 80% of the amount we receive from the program company. Average members will have anywhere from $5.00 to $80.00 a month credited against their Ufinity Account.

• Get payroll services from our approved processor and get up to 10% of your monthly cost credited against your Ufinity Account. This could save you anywhere from $6.00 to $20.00 a month.

• Get your windows cleaned by our approved Cleaning Service. We will credit you back 5% of your cost. This could save you $2.00 to $5.00 per month.

Your Ufinity Rewards program fee could become nonexistent very quickly

You will not see anything on the retailer’s web site or companies invoice concerning your Ufinity Program fee rebate. These rewards are paid back to the advertiser (Ufinity) as commissions, but Ufinity is sharing the commissions, (up to 80% of the amount received) with you, our Members.

Rebate amount and discounts are determined by individual retailers and Ufinity and are based on the net purchase amount (price excluding sales tax, shipping and handling, returns or any other fees).

Ufinity will credit your Ufinity account monthly for purchase made the following month after Ufinity receives the commissions for such sales. No rebates will be given to members who are delinquent or have given notice of termination of our agreement. Other restrictions may apply.
